There are really serious issues that exist in the community such as domestic and family violence, child protection, ice and mental health. It's great to see that investment and importantly, also, they've made an announcement about building social cohesion and we would be very keen to work with the government on what that looks like.

It's really important that we start to address these issues before these community issues arise. The other things which we like is the Back to Work program being expanded in regional Queensland but also expanded into south east Queensland.

Jobs for people and particularly vulnerable people are so important, getting pathways into employment is a critical area when we see that there are so few jobs when we've got close to half a million people living in poverty. There needs to good pathways back to work.
